StockMaster Africa is a product of AOI Labs. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect the following information when you use StockMaster Africa:
Business data: Your business name, shop locations, products, prices, and sales records. This data belongs to you and is stored on your device and backed up to our secure cloud servers.
Personal data: Your name and phone number, used to identify your account and allow you to restore your data if you change phones.
Usage data: Basic app events such as when sales are recorded or products are added, used to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included in usage events.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the StockMaster Africa service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Your business data (products, sales, customers, debts) is yours. You can export or delete it at any time from within the app.
Your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and backed up to Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We do not store payment card details.
We do not share your personal or business data with any third party except as required by law. Our cloud infrastructure is provided by Supabase (supabase.com) which operates under industry-standard security practices.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the details below.
StockMaster Africa is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
