These terms govern your use of StockMaster Africa, a product of AOI Labs. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
StockMaster Africa is provided for legitimate business inventory management purposes. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm AOI Labs or other users.
You own your business data. AOI Labs does not claim ownership over your products, sales records, customer information, or any other business data you enter into the app. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account PIN and phone number. AOI Labs is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
StockMaster Africa is designed to work offline. However, cloud sync features require internet connectivity. AOI Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud services but will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime.
AOI Labs is not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data arising from use of StockMaster Africa. The app is provided as a tool to assist with business management — you remain responsible for your business decisions.
AOI Labs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
